| Christian Remde is an award-winning director, editor and motion graphics artist with over 15 years of film and television experience.
In 2006, Christian made his first short film, The Wine Bar, which played at over 50 film festivals, winning 10 awards, including the Filmmaker Award and Audience Award at the 2007 DC Short Film Festival. His second short film, A Walk in the Park, premiered at the Hoboken International Film Festival and was distributed by Gaiam, Inc in 2007. Since then, Christian has directed for companies like Verizon, Blackberry, MetLife, Citigroup, Bread&Butter PR, and expanded his writing and directing portfolio through other short film projects. Most recently, the May film of his Twelve Films Project, Farm to Trailer, received praise in the Austin film and food communities for its look at Austin chef Bryce Gilmore and his Odd Duck food trailer. His 2nd documentary, Charcuterie, was featured on the Huffington Post, Food & Wine Magazine and NY Magazine’s Grub Street website. Christian's short documentary, LOCAL, is currently being expanded into a feature for release in early 2013. |
